  1. Place the bones in a large pot.

  2. Cover with cold water.

What the Bone Broth Diet study showed

The 2025 study evaluated adults aged 35 to 65 with obesity, BMI 30.0 to 39.9 kg/m2, metabolically free of serious disease for the protocol. The intervention lasted 56 days and combined two 21-day phases of the Bone Broth Diet, each followed by 7 days of maintenance.
